A group of four young Taiwanese designers have set out on a mission to make a documentary exploring the concept of Design Thinking. The documentary will feature a variety of advocates of design thinking and aims to examine the expanding influence that the concept has on the way we live and interact with the world.
They have already interviewed Bill Moggridge (Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum), Dan Formosa (co-founder Smart Design), George Bylerian (Material ConneXion), Paul Pangaro (Cybernetic Lifestyles), Richard Grefé (AIGA), Roger Martin (Rotman School of Management), Susan Szenasy (Metropolis Magazine) and Angela Yeh (YehIDeology).
So far the film makers have been doing all the producing, directing, cinematography and editing. But even with great determination, they still need our help to get this film made. They have so far funded 50% of the film out of their own pockets. But they need to raise $15,000 by the 3rd September in order to actually complete the film.
The funding raised will help cover traveling, filming, post-production and marketing costs.
