Beautiful wallpapers from Holden Decor

Kiss Me Quick by Holden Decor

For most of you who read my blog regularly it may have become apparent to you that I have a slight obsession with wallpaper. Of all things in interior decoration there is nothing that excites me quite as much as wallpaper. No longer is it just a purely functional wallcovering in dull and muted colours. Nowadays wallpaper is so much more than that. Whatever your personality or whatever the theme of a room, there will surely be a paper that will help you to express this to an absolute tea.

Boogie Nights by Holden Decor

Whilst browsing the net, which I seem to spend almost every waking hour doing these days, I came across a site called Holden Decor who have a great range of wallpapers and some of them really caught my eye so I absolutely had to share them in case they provide inspiration for you too.

The Kiss Me Quick paper would be perfect for a seaside-inspired room, maybe a playroom or a guest toilet. It would also be perfect for a summer house, although not really sure these actually exist in the UK given that Summer is such a disappointment most years.

Boogie Nights I can imagine would look pretty good in a teenager’s bedroom or would also be quite good for commercial use in a bar or club.

Showtime by Holden Decor

I also love this circus-inspired paper called Showtime. It brings such an element of fun to the room and I think a child’s bedroom or nursery would be a really nice place to have this paper. It would be a great theme and such fun to accessorize the room. In fact I also recently came across the most amazing circus-themed kids bedroom designed by American stylist Kate Dixon, the details of which you can see here on her blog.

Girl’s on Film by Holden Decor

For any photography fans out there they do a lovely wallpaper called Girls on Film in black and white.

La Vie Ordinaire by Holden Decor

And avid travelers may well be interested in these beautiful papers called La Vie Ordinaire and City which feature famous landmarks from London, Paris and New York . Particularly during a recession, when most of us struggle to find the money for that much-needed getaway, this wallpaper is perfect for inciting many a day-dream about far-flung cities and adventures abroad. I’d actually quite like to have these paper in a home library to add to the escapist element.
