All Hail The Brabantia Bo Bin

Brabantia Bo Bin that doesn't look like a bin

They’ve done it again guys!! Look at this little stunner from Brabantia. You’ll be forgiven for not knowing what it is at first glance because it has been designed in such a way that it is not immediately obvious what it is. But I guess I kind of gave the game away with the title of the post. So this is Brabantia’s unique new Bo Touch Bin, the bin that does not look like one. I already love Brabantia bins because they look great and have been designed in a thoughtful and practical way, but this new bin takes aesthetics to a whole other level. This bin can take pride of place in the kitchen and you no longer need to worry about your rubbish bin lowering the tone. Because Bo will simply bring a level of elegance that kitchens have previously never experienced.

The Brabantia Bo bin was conceived and designed in the Netherlands and was then produced in the Brabantia factory in Belgium. It looks fantastic with its cabinet-like appearance and four elegant legs that benefit from non-skid protection caps. This unusual, yet practical design makes it a breeze to clean beneath, which is something “regular bins” can’t offer. The shape of it, with it’s flat back, also makes very space efficient.

It also has some great environmental credentials. It is made from 40% high-grade recycled materials and is Cradle-to-Cradle® Certified on Level bronze. This bin also comes with 1, 2 or 3 removable inner buckets also made from 100% recycled materials, making it ideal for waste separation too. It opens with the lightest touch and stays open as long as you like. Brabantia even makes PerfectFit waste bags tailor-made for Bo, so no need to compromise with cheap dustbin bags.

As we have come to expect from Brabantia, the Bo bin is of course available in a range of 8 colours, including two exclusive mineral colours. The textured Red and Gold are part of the Sense of Luxury collection. So there is definitely a Bo bin to co-ordinate seamlessly with your home.

It may not look huge but it can hold up to 36 litres of waste. It’s probably better suited to a couple than a huge family, but I’m sure that with regular emptying it can work for a family too.

With its unique design, contemporary colours, and focus on sustainability, our revolutionary new Bo Touch Bin is spot on trend. It is the future of waste management.

How clever, it doesn’t look like a bin at all! I love how it’s on legs too so you can easily clean under and around it, good job Brabantia! x

Definitely a good thing that brands are looking at everyday essentials and not neglecting them from being fun too. This is why the magazine pics never look relatable for me, because so much is missing. Love these though – really sleek!

So true, you never see things like bins or TVs in magazines.
